01 Payload partner · Top Contributor

Payload development from a certified partner agency. Official partner, Top Contributor, with production work behind us.

We're an official Payload partner and Top Contributor. We've shipped content platforms for Fortune 500 companies, public institutions, and high-growth teams — greenfield builds and migrations off Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Content Manager, WordPress VIP, Wagtail, and Contentful. Payload is TypeScript-native and code-first, which means your content model lives in version control rather than inside a configured dashboard. We know the stack well enough to say early when something else fits your project better.

02 What we build

Three builds teams come to us for. One content model, one API, whatever the surface.

Greenfield Payload platforms

Corporate sites, web apps, React Native apps, and internal portals built on a single TypeScript content model. One deployment, one codebase, one API across every surface you add later.

Migrations to Payload

We move teams off Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Content Manager, WordPress VIP, Wagtail, and Contentful. Content modelling, data transformation, redirect maps, and cutover planning keep SEO equity and editorial workflows intact through the transition.

Ongoing platform engineering

Retainer-based platform ownership for teams who need the content model, editorial tooling, and infrastructure to keep evolving. We handle that without you needing to staff a dedicated internal platform team.

03 Delivered work

Payload projects you can inspect.

Ingersoll Rand: an existing enterprise platform

Ingersoll Rand moved its China sites off Oracle Content Manager in five months, with WAYF on Payload. The work covered the CMS replacement and content architecture within an existing global Next.js platform. Read the migration case study or explore the CMS replatforming service.

Council of Europe Development Bank: a new events platform

The bank ran its 70-year anniversary on a platform built with WAYF: a Participants Manager on Payload and a Next.js participant experience. See the events platform.

04 How an engagement works

Fixed scope, fixed price. Agreed in writing before any work starts.

The project starts with a scoping session where we map what you need, document it, and agree a price. That price holds when the build runs into complexity we should have anticipated at the start.

You work directly with the Payload team — the same team that built and maintains plugins used by the wider Payload community. We're not a staffing agency and we don't place individual contractors. An engagement is a project with a defined scope, a delivery schedule, and a handover your team can run from.

Taking over an existing Payload project

Share your Payload version, deployment setup and the work you need to move forward. An initial review can establish the scope for fixes, further development or ongoing support. Access, release responsibilities and handover belong in that scope.

For a new build or migration, bring your current site, the content and integrations involved, and any launch deadline. A rough brief is enough to begin the conversation. You can send the project details before booking a call.

Let's talk about your Payload project.

Twenty-five minutes to walk through your build, migration or existing platform and decide if we're the right team for it. Scoping, price and timeline come after.
